And We're Off!!

Thailand

As we get ready to fly from Chiangmai, Thailand to Chengdu, China, we enjoy the opportunity to reflect on the last two weeks of preparation.

 Vision- Time at the Annual Thailand Conference (ATC) has given us a fresh vision for what the Father is doing in China and all over Asia.
Team- We have enjoyed great times of prayer and fellowship with our Chengdu teammates.
Teen Outreach Project- This year's ATC included an overnight service project and camping trip for the teens  During this time ELIC teens helped prepare books to go to a like minded library in Burma, camped and hiked in the jungle, and had wonderful fellowship around the campfire hearing stories from Bobbie Morse, vetern M. to Thailand.

Chengdu!

We are excited to leave for Chengdu tomorrow (Mon. 2/8).

Please remember these requests:
Our Duffle Bags! 
(We are asking that the bags would all be within the allowable weight, 20 kg per bag!  No Fines!)

Immigration!

(We are asking for a smooth crossing into China with no surprises!)
Flight! 
(We are asking for a smooth safe flight!)
Luggage!
(We are asking that all our luggage makes it to Chengdu.  We have three seperate flights with a 12 hour lay over in Shanghai, so there would be lots of opportunities to lose luggage.)

New Landlords! 

(We are asking that our relationship with our apartment landlords in Chengdu start off on a positive note!
